Intern

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Stakeholder engagement support including mapping, stakeholder reach out, preparation of briefing documents and logistical support;
Relevant policy monitoring and analysis to strengthen AZ advocacy strategies;
Attend external events and feedback to GA network;
Help establish and maintain contacts with key MEP offices in relevant committees as well as with other relevant stakeholders (e.g. from other EU institutions, trade associations, patient advocacy groups);
Active contribution to the day-to-day operations, working closely with EU GA Director in a supporting role.
Profile of the Candidate:
Languages:
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Education:
University degree in politics, economics, law or business.
Required Competences:
Knowledge of EU healthcare policies;
Excellent organisations skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Excellent networking and social skills;
Excellent IT skills (Word, Power Point, Excel);
Good analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills;
Experience with working with EU institutions/industry and/or public authorities;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
