HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management is offering
international MBA scholarships for September2017 intake. These scholarships support talented
candidates applying to HHL’s full-time MBA program.
HHL’s flexible and innovative MBA Program is designed to
prepare effective and responsible business leaders and entrepreneurs for the
challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, formerly known as
Handelshochschule Leipzig, is a private business school based in Saxony,
Germany. Established in 1898, it is one of the world’s oldest business schools.
Sufficient English knowledge has to be shown via the TOEFL.
Applicant should have to present a valid score before the start of studies at
HHL.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing
MBA program.
Study Subject(s): Scholarships are awarded in the area
of Business Administration.
Scholarship Award: The scholarship will provide the
successful candidates with a tuition waiver worth up to EUR 16,000.

Eligibility:
HHL Young Leader Scholarship Program: The Young Leader
Scholarship Program focuses on prospective students, especially international
students, who bring their leadership potential to HHL and plan to continue
their career in a German company after graduation.
HHL Future Entrepreneur Scholarship Program: The Future
Entrepreneur Scholarship Program focuses on prospective full-time MBA students
who bring their entrepreneurial potential to HHL and who seek to start their
own business after graduating from HHL or who have already started it. During
their time at HHL, the successful applicants will have the opportunity to
introduce their business concept in at least one of HHL’s events.
HHL Women in Business Scholarship Program: With its
Women in Business Scholarship Program, HHL would like to support excellent
female candidates of all academic and national backgrounds who present strong
motivation and outstanding professional and academic credentials and who are
willing to become active members of the HHL community.
HHL Eastern Europe Scholarship Program: With its HHL
Eastern Europe Scholarship Program, we support excellent candidates from

College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement:
A completed Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized
university
Postgraduate work experience. On average, students in
full-time MBA program have five years of work experience, ranging between three
and twelve years. However, more important than the length of your experience is
the quality of your accomplishments. If you can demonstrate an exceptional
maturity and your potential as a leader, we encourage you to apply. It is
important that you assess your readiness when deciding to apply for an MBA:
there is no universal “right” time.
GMAT/GRE & TOEFL/IELTS
Test Requirement: The GMAT test is mandatory for the
Full-time MBA applicants. Alternatively, HHL can accept the GRE test.
Institute’s GMAT code is ZCB-P6-01.
English Language Requirement: Sufficient English knowledge
has to be shown via the TOEFL. Applicant should have to present a valid score
before the start of studies at HHL. A minimum score is not demanding but a
score of 98 points ibt is recommended. HHL accepts the IELTS in lieu of a TOEFL
score. They should aim at an overall band score of 7.0 for the IELTS test.
How to Apply: Please submit completed full-time MBA
application online. Make sure student select which scholarship program they
wish to apply for and don’t forget to include the respective questionnaire
among the uploaded documents. In the case of a successful admission to the MBA
program, they will be informed about the scholarship decision immediately.

Letter of motivation
Final transcript and a degree certificate of all completed
degree programs
Proof of a minimum of 3 years relevant practical work
experience
Proof of very good English skills (e.g. TOEFL of 96+ ibt)
2 letters of recommendation
GMAT/GRE result
Passport photo
Application Deadline: The scholarship application
deadlines correspond to the program applications deadline, as follows:
January 31: Early Bird applications – with tuition fee
reduction
May 30: international applicants
June 30: remaining EU applicants and those non-EU applicants
not requiring a visa to Germany
