the Heating, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration
(HVAC&R) industries. shecco's team is located in Brussels, Berlin, Tokyo
and New York.
shecco Europe is looking to recruit a Marketing
and Sales Assistant for its Brussels office. This position will
support the shecco media department, strengthening our Partnership program and
customer relations. This will include all aspects of sales organisation and
prospecting including researching new potential leads, updating the CMS,
contacting new sales leads, drafting Partnership proposals, mailchimp
campaigns, advertisement booking for our magazines, as well as customer
requests. She/he will be involved in the management of over 150 corporate
Partners, for our different websites (such as R744.com)
and magazines (such as “Accelerate”).
Estimated start date: 1st December 2015
This position is a mixture
of communication, sales and administrative tasks, requiring a
personality with a flexible and positive mindset.
Your Profile
Strong interest in environmental issues
Must be eager and determined in sales
Sociable, ‘people’ person
Very organised, analytical and systematic with excellent
follow-up skills
Excellent multitasking capabilities, under pressure
Customer service oriented
Pro-active approach, quick learner, well-organised and able
to deliver on time
Both a team player and able to work autonomously
Requirements
Masters degree (Marketing, Economics, Business,
Environmental studies or similar)
Prior experience in sales (1 to 3 years)
Online marketing experience and strong interest in
e-marketing tools like mailchimp
Excellent written and spoken business English, ideally
mother tongue (additional languages a plus)
Conditions
Paid Internship (Convention d’Immersion Professionelle) for
a 12-month period
This internship is intended to lead to permanent employment,
based on performance
