Education Research (CIDER) Research Fellowships which is being offered by the

This is a Research Program Merit Based Scholarship and
students are eligible from German Students to apply for the same. Only 30 such
awards are being offered and the deadline for application is 18-Oct-15.
This Scholarship will offer you from April 1, 2016, through
March 31, 2019, the College offers a range of activities and funding
opportunities to its fellows, including:-

Eligibility:

Pre- or post-doctoral status (doctoral students in their
last year before submitting their PhD thesis or postdoctoral scholars no more
than 12 months after receiving their PhD)
Above-average degree in one of the following disciplines:
education, psychology, economics, or sociology
Current employment (incl. scholarships) at a university or
research institution in Europe
Research in the field of education or education-related
issues
Strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration on
quantitative-empirical research projects (within the College)
Strong skills in quantitative methods of empirical social
research
Excellent written and spoken English.

Applications have to be in English (letters of references

CV and publication list.
Copies of credentials (transcripts)
Letter of interest (in English) with reference to at least
one of the College’s three main research areas
Two letters of reference (from senior researchers or other
academic advisors, to be handed in by the applicant, in English or German)
One published paper or a dissertation chapter (draft or
completed).
Once all the information has been received by the College
for Interdisciplinary Education Research (CIDER) and the assessment of the
submitted documents is complete, you will be informed about your selection in
the same.
