Internship Controlling

Function
You will be working as an assistant of the Controlling Department at Robert Bosch Benelux. You will support the controlling team in the daily tasks (e.g. margin analysis, monthly reporting to the company headquarters in Germany, monthly cost reporting, business planning) and with specific ad hoc requests. You will gain a first insight into the controlling activities of a multinational company.
Votre profil
You are currently a business student with specialization in Controlling and you have already obtained your pre-diploma. You have gained some practical experience and you are confident in working with MS Office, especially MS Excel. Experience with SAP R/3 is an asset. You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are very well-organized and you can work independently on a tight deadline.
Good working knowledge of Dutch or French and English or German is important.

The incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities:
General functions:
1.Assist in translating IOM Brussels CO key documents from English to French and/or from English to Dutch;
2.Assist in updating the CO website;
3.Assist in compiling the CO quarterly newsletter;
4.Assist in developing new information materials issued by the IOM Brussels CO;
5.Assist in organising meetings, conferences and events;
6.Assist in drafting and translating meeting reports;
7.Update relevant CO contact databases;
8.Any other tasks that may be required.

Preferred Skills:
Desirable qualifications and experience:

Operations Intern

Milieu is currently looking for an intern to support the operational activity of the business. During this 6 month traineeship you will gain a strong insight in to the practical coordination and management of a dynamic medium sized commercial organization. Specifically you will work alongside our other operational advisors to assist in the identification and processing of commercial tender opportunities, assist in maintaining our system for tracking key commercial relationships and help identify potential external partners&experts.

Requirements:

  • A degree in (International) Business Administration, or similar;

  • A genuine interest in the commercial aspects of a business activity;

Open Society Fellowship for International Students, 2015

Applications are invited for Open Society Fellowship. The fellowship considers applicants from all parts of the world. This is a fellowship for individuals only and does not fund enrollment for degree or non-degree study at academic institutions, including dissertation research. International Fellowship terms are for one year which covers stipend, accommodation, airfare, visa costs, research assistance, conference fees and health insurance. What does it cover? Full-time fellows will receive a stipend of $80,000 or $100,000, depending on work experience, seniority, and current income. Stipends will be prorated for part-time fellows. In addition to the stipend, fellows will receive a project budget. Director's Office Internship International NGO Training and Research Centre

Civil society is ‘us’ – citizens coming together to improve the world. From small grassroots groups to large international charities, informal people’s movements to faith groups, unions to social enterprise, INTRAC has, since 1991, helped civil society around the world become more effective by holistically carrying out capacity building and training, research and knowledge sharing, and organisational development and consulting.
We are looking for an intern for a period of three to maximum six months, on the basis of 3 to 5 days a week. We offer practical insight into the coordinating and management aspects in the work of a busy organisation which supports civil society worldwide.
Main tasks will include assisting the Director with managing work schedules, contacts and communications including with members of the wider INTRAC community, as well as supporting research, data gathering and literature organisation in the field of civil society governance. In addition the internship will provide insight into the general workings of the organisation through involvement in some day to day administrative tasks.

Working collaboratively as part of shecco’s editorial team, the Editorial Assistant / Junior Reporter, will produce content for our online publications and for our monthly magazine through regular desk-based monitoring and by conducting interviews. He/she will also assist with editorial tasks delegated by the Deputy Editor, such as online content management, social media, partner content, and moderation of our online community.

The Collegiate Chapters Council (CCC) of the American Marketing Association announces the search for the Coca-Cola Company Global Marketing & Commercial Leadership Intern
A minimum of 2 Internships will be available with the potential for more based on global demand. (Atlanta, Mexico City, London, Madrid, Berlin, Singapore, Hong Kong, among other possibilities based on residency). Internships will be 10-12 weeks, from mid-May 2015 to mid-August 2015, depending on Intern’s school calendar.  Internship applicants must be full time undergraduates with senior status in fall semester of 2015, that have achieved a GPA of 3.0/4.0, are current student members at AMA International, are members of an active AMA Collegiate Chapter, and are involved in developing their marketing skills both on and off campus, including demonstrated leadership roles and a passion for marketing and global business.
Each intern will report to a Director within the Global Marketing & Commercial Leadership organization within The Coca-Cola Company.  Interns will work cross-functionally with internal specialists departments to support the advancement of various global marketing initiatives.   The intern will be responsible for the timely and successful completion of daily tasks and longer-term projects related to driving business improvements within the Company.

Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Planning and Execution: Work with Manager and Administrative Assistants to schedule meetings and plan key meetings.  Attend key meetings and identify key messages to share with the team and workstream leads. Contribute to meetings through sharing ideas and opportunities.
  • Presentation & Analytics Development: Assist team in the creation and execution of key presentations for internal meetings. Analyze metrics/data to identify critical information and trends and deliver the key findings, suggestions and comments in a highly impactful presentation format.
  • Workstream Assistance: As assigned by your manager, work with key contacts to keep work progressing, such as: developing and maintaining project plans, tackling assigned tasks, coordinating meetings to help keep work moving forward, developing relationships to progress ideas forward into action.
  • Project Management: Work with internal and external team members to manage timelines and deliverables against a variety of marketing and business related projects.

  • Responsible for the overall development of all marketing communication and supporting materials for mobile app launch.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning the large internal or external Coca-Cola Company events/key meetings.
  • Share new ideas in brainstorming session to enhance program effectiveness.
