The Position:
o In the implantation of our new strategic plan
- Start date: As soon as possible, duration negotiable, at least 3 months
- Must be currently enrolled or have completed graduate or masters program
- You will assist in all our communication activities, including : newsletter, updating the EVPA website and social media (LinkedIn and Twitter). More precisely, you will help us
o In the implantation of our new strategic plan
- You will support staff in their preparations for the many upcoming events, such as country meetings, site visits, Annual Conference and the Young Leaders Forum
- You will assist in membership acquisition and market development, for example by conducting research on possible member organizations and new markets.
- Assist staff with administrative and other tasks as needed.
- You are energetic and eager to be part of a small organization
- You thrive under pressure and are able to act quickly and efficiently
- You are equally comfortable to work independently and within a team.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite; experience with Wordpress is a strong plus
- You possess strong English written and communication skills and preferably have first experiences in a similar role
- You are an avid user of social media and eager to promote Venture Philanthropy on a variety of social platforms
- You have already knowledge of Venture Philanthropy and Social Investment or are curious and willing to learn more about it and related topics.
- You are based in Brussels or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship
- Possibility to grow in terms of responsibilities and opportunities as part of a small and dynamic team
- Playing a part in the establishment of the exciting, emerging social finance industry
- Paid trip to Geneva Conference, November 26 & 27 and possibly other workshops
- Experience in an entrepreneurial environment
