Online Marketing Internship in Amsterdam, Holland

We are looking for interns who can assist with the marketing strategy for our websites. The Fashionchick websites are online shopping communities where women can browse through the many online shops, while getting inspired by the latest fashion news.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Searching for new online shops and the latest fashion trends
• Writing articles for the fashion news
• Editing images for banners and fashion news
• Helping maintain all social media networks
• Writing descriptions for online stores and brands
• Coming up with creative ideas to generate traffic
• Adding new online stores to the website
• Categorizing and filtering products in the Fashion Finder

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Someone who holds a EU passport
• Someone who is a current student or has recently graduated, majoring in one of the following areas: Communication, Business, Marketing, Journalism or New Media (preferred)
• Native English Written and Verbal
• Living in or near Amsterdam (or willing to move to the Netherlands)
• Available at least 3-5 days a week
• Independent, attention to detail and flexible
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Curiosity to understand how online campaigns work

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (NOT A REQUIREMENT)

• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
• SEO/SEA (e.g. link building, content writing)
• Experience with online marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics/Adwords)
• Knowledge about latest American fashion trends
