Easy Jet graduate programme

Since 1995 easyJet has become one of the best known brands in the UK, starting with just 2 aircraft in Luton Airport. With a phenomenal growth plan we stand today, just 17 years later with over 200 aircraft, operating across 30 countries with over 600 routes. We have continued to expand our presence across Europe; by focusing on the customer and with targeted growth plans for the business and leisure traveller, we are realising our vision to Turn Europe Orange. This would not be possible without our people, who truly make the difference.
We are now looking for highly talented people to join our European Graduate Programme who have the right combination of business awareness, analytical insight and commercial acumen to help drive our business forward. With the ability to strive for results, maximise resources, add value and increase profitability, our Graduates should be passionate, care about what they do and have a real sense of fun!
As a member of the easyJet European Graduate Programme you will spend the next two or so years fully involved in the business, with graduate opportunities in Operations, Finance, Project Management Office, IT, Commercial, Marketing and HR. To find out more about our business areas click here. You will be in control of your own career path and go through a fast learning and development programme in a growing business, learning from industry leading people and being exposed to business critical projects.
easyJet is committed to developing talent and will provide you with the tools you need in order to let your career take off. During your robust induction programme, you will be exposed to the heart of our business which will develop your understanding of our culture and values. In addition to this you will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will provide you with business and career advice and support you to build a strong network within the organisation.
You will undertake a series of assignments during the programme, and with each assignment you will agree your learning objectives with your assignment manager in line with the overall direction of the programme. Both your progress and your performance will be discussed with you at the end of each assignment, with plans put in place to help you realise your career ambitions.
The programme will deliver a truly international experience as we offer the opportunity to work with people from many different nationalities, be based in our main office in the London area and in other network locations such as France, Italy, Germany, Portugal or Switzerland.
To apply, you must be a recent graduate, or about to graduate, with an excellent academic record, be willing to relocate and have a genuine interest in other countries and cultures.
