Re-Define is the most influential Think-Tank on the reform of the financial system in the EU
and one of the most influential institutions working on finding a solution to the Euro crisis. We specialize in working closely with and advising European institutions, central banks, finance ministries, regulators as well as financial institutions on both the buy and sell side throughout the European Union.

The internship in our in-house Finance Research Team offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on expertise and the essential skills needed for a successful career in regulatory policy-making, investment banking, fund management or central banking. Recent interns have gone on to work for EU institutions, in the private equity sphere and for the World Bank.

The successful candidate will work closely with our
Development and European Politics Research Teams for a wide range of influential clients and will be given big responsibilities from day one. The intern will also be offered opportunities for networking at various important events and meetings in the European financial and policy-making sectors and will be given public credit for work done.

Responsibilities:

Candidates will be asked to analyse complex financial data and perform accurate global analysis of the on-goings in the financial sector.Main responsibilities will include drafting reports and providing recommendations in a clear and compelling manner which will be used to influence financial policies and have a direct impact on the working of financial markets. The interns will present results directly to the Board of Directors and our clients.

Requirements
:
Candidates will have excellent academic records in Finance and Economics preferably with some market experience and knowledge of how the financial system works and how it interacts with the macroeconomic aspects of the Eurocrisis.
Solid quantitative skills are a must.
We are looking for a team player with problem solving ability who welcomes challenges and always thrive for excellence. A strong oral and written command of English is required and any additional language is an advantage.
